Built on a quiet dead end street, the historic farmhouse is within walking distance of the local library, a sea memeorial and Thurston's wharf for lobsters. The house has a total of 10 rooms, 3 living areas including a dining space, an eat-in kitchen with laundry, 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. the house is divided into 2 wings making it possible for quiet and exhuberant vacationers to enjoy the same house.
