Corner Cottage is unique ~ from it's homey interior to it's proximity to the boating community and the ocean. This 3 bedroom cape has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. A large kitchen with a pantry, a spacious living room and classic dining room fill out the 1st floor. Along with a full bath and laundry room, the 2nd floor has 1 queen sized bedroom and 2 other bedrooms, each with a set of twin beds. Access to a dock and pier and mooring(for extra fee and availability) are right across the street. Boat building, boat racing and boating watching are all part of the atmosphere when staying in Corner Cottage.

Rental Fees ~ May & October - $875 per week June & September - $950 per week July & August - $1075 per week
Security Deposit ~ $500
Corner Cottage has access to a pier and dock which is located just across the street. if you wish to bring a boat, moorings are available for an additional fee and with availability and size of boat. ~ All children under 13 must wear a life jacket and all children should be accompanied by an adult. ~ Boats can not be left unattended.
