To spend a vacation in a real fishing village is a vacation to remember! Homeport, (previously owned by a retired sea captain), has all you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The 1st floor has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and 3/4 bath. An open living/dining/kitchen area completes the main floor.On the 2nd level is 2 more bedrooms(1 king, 2 twins in the other) and a full bath. A dock and a mooring are ther for your use, as well(on availability).
Homeport is close enough to observe the goings on in this working harbor. You will wake breathing in the fresh salt air and fall asleep to the lull of the tide at night.
Thurston's Wharf is just a short walk away to go for lunch or dinner or just bring the yummy food back to the cottage to eat. To experience the story of Maine's fishing villages, come to Homeport ~
