There are many ways to rest and refresh yourself while on vacation and Loon Cove is one of them. Canoeing, swimming or just sitting on the front porch, Loon Cove can give you a new beginning! (Located on the quiet end of Georges Pond.) The cabin has an open living area with a Franklin fireplace for cooler evenings. Furnished with table/chairs, couch, rockers and a breakfast bar counter kitchen makes for great conversation while you cook. There are 2 bedrooms ~ 1 with a full sized bed and 1 with 2 twin bunk beds. The loft has 2 more twin beds and a cot. The john is inside and the whole big beautiful pond, outside!. Simplify your vacation plans and come to Loon Cove ~ (The city of Ellsworth is 20 minutes away and a 40 minute drive will take you to Acadia National Park for a great day trip to the ocean!) ~
