Located just around the corner from Southwest Harbor proper, only a few steps away from the local recreation center with tennis courts and about a mile to Causeway Club Golf Course, you can also walk to restaurants and shopping. If you want to drive, Acadia National Park's Seawall is only 4 miles away for picnics and ocean viewing. If you prefer to ride, the Island Explorer can be picked up right out front. When you aren't busy outside, you can relax in this lovely new 3 bedroom cottage or just sit on the porch and enjoy the professional landscaping.
Permissions/Restrictions ~ maximum occupancy - 4 Pets - Yes ( with pet security deposit and animal shall not be left alone in the house) (The pet deposit will not be returned if any damage or any unclean area is caused by the pet.) Smoking ~ Yes (but only in garage or outside, no smoking is allowed in cottage)
