The simplicity of this sweet cottage is part of what makes it so special. A fireplace made from Hall Quarry granite is great for cooler nights and the deck will be there to enjoy the refreshing salt water breezes on warmer days. You can fish and swim right off the shore in front of the cottage or you can bring a boat and take advantage of the boat launch, dock and marina just outside your door. (Contracts required for marina use. Mooring rentals.)
